Northwind Arts Center is a non-profit group dedicated to supporting the arts locally, through education and through display of work by regional artists. Northwind is a member of Jefferson Arts Alliance, a non-profit volunteer membership organization. Northwind Arts Center is managed by the volunteer Friends of Northwind, under the oversight of the Jefferson Arts Alliance Board of Directors.
